As an Austrian family company, Wutcher has been ensuring the best possible looks and looks — since 1966. They offer the latest brands and the largest selection of designer glasses, best advice and the best service from a single source. Precision and quality are always the focus of the work — then as now.
We began by analysing the original shop. We pinpointed several friction areas which were leaving the users frustrated and unable to confidentley complete their purchases, leading to abysmal online sales.
We first focused on searching and filtering and product previews. We then created and refined new processes and user flows to streamline the check-out process. Finally, we helped the client improve their frame try-on service — from website to their physical stores.
By designing mobile-first, we were able to simplify and greately improve the whole experience. After drafting the initial mobile pages, we easily translated them to larger screens.
